For most of us, we have been isolating at home for about a month now, and we miss our regular routine of going out to our favorite restaurants. Bowl food has been a growing trend in the last few years because they are the perfect combination of deliciousness and healthiness. In fact, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex served bowl food at their wedding back in 2018!
