According to the 2020 Ford F-150 Owner\u2019s Manual<\/a><\/em><\/strong>, most engine options will use SAE 5W-30 engine oil or SAE 0W-30 (for 22-below weather temperatures). Motorcraft brand oil is preferred, but any API (American Petroleum Institute)-certified brand is fine to use.
