I had a great experience with the Service Departmentmanager, Mr. Wayne Pickler. He has such a pleasant disposition and greeted me with a smile. I took my car in to have my seat belt checked, and as it turned out, everything was working properly. Wayne took the time to take me back to the service area and he explained and showed me that everything was fine.
